Customer satisfaction is important to us.
3-Day Replacement Policy
Replacement is available only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products received
- Wrong products delivered
Customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with proper photo or video proof for verification.
Return Conditions
To qualify for replacement:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging should be available
- Unboxing video may be requested for verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Used products
- Customized orders
- Consumable or wear-and-tear parts
- Products damaged due to improper handling
Refund Process
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
